Nettare is in search of an AM chef de partie.

The main focus of this role will be work on prep for dinner service while executing a simple cafe and lunch program in the morning and early afternoon. This role is ideal for someone who works well alone, has a strong sense of organization, and is interested in growing in their career. An interest in pastry in a plus!

About us:
Nettare is a concept focusing on highlighting and celebrating producers and produce of the Midwest and great lakes. We are a small team with an ever changing menu and consistent rotation of fresh and seasonal ingredients to work with. We are currently looking to expand hour offerings to include a cafe service which will involve pushing our opening time to 7:00am.

Schedule :
4-5 days a week, 6-7 hour shifts between the hours of 6am and 3pm . Our operating hours during the day would be a cafe service with a limited food menu from 7 - 10am and a lunch service from 10am - 2pm (3pm on Sundays).
