As a rapidly growing scale-up, we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team on the West Coast US . What You’ll Do

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive new business by identifying and prospecting higher education institutions through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.

  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.

  • Partner with Marketing to create targeted lead-generation campaigns.

2. Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Provide consultative guidance, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

  • Manage and track sales activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting.

  • Follow up on leads efficiently to move prospects through the sales funnel.

4. Negotiation & Closing

  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring deals align with both customer needs and company goals.

  • Work with sales leadership to craft competitive pricing strategies.

5. Market Research & Analysis

  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive company-wide success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Sales certifications are a plus).

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in SaaS , with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills – You can simplify complex ideas and close deals effectively.

  • CRM proficiency – Experience managing sales pipelines and tracking performance.

  • Self-motivated & adaptable – You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Passion for EdTech & higher education – Experience selling to the education sector is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors. FeedbackFruits may offer additional compensation based on individual and company performance, including bonuses, equity, and benefits.

Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. The final compensation package will be determined through the interview process.
