As a rapidly growing scale-up, we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team on the West Coast US . Strategic and consultative sales. You'll act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding clients' challenges and delivering tailored SaaS solutions.
Autonomy and ownership. You’ll have the freedom to execute your sales strategy while being supported by a collaborative team.
Drive new business by identifying and prospecting higher education institutions through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
Partner with Marketing to create targeted lead-generation campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
Provide consultative guidance, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
Manage and track sales activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting.
Follow up on leads efficiently to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring deals align with both customer needs and company goals.
Work with sales leadership to craft competitive pricing strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Sales certifications are a plus).
3-5 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in SaaS , with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication & negotiation skills – You can simplify complex ideas and close deals effectively.
CRM proficiency – Experience managing sales pipelines and tracking performance.
Self-motivated & adaptable – You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Passion for EdTech & higher education – Experience selling to the education sector is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors. FeedbackFruits may offer additional compensation based on individual and company performance, including bonuses, equity, and benefits.
Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. The final compensation package will be determined through the interview process.
