We're a leading international Tier 1 automotive supplier seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Supervisor to enhance our Warehouse Logistics team. Located in Sterling Heights, MI, our sequencing facility is the backbone of our operation. Your leadership could be the catalyst for accelerating our client's ambitious vision.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee warehouse operations in a sequencing environment, ensuring meticulous inspection, flawless material handling, and 100% on-time delivery of finished products.
• Maintain safety and functionality, managing a dedicated team to uphold the highest standards. Direct reports: 12-13
• Cultivate productive relationships and lead effective training to bolster team performance.
• Streamline shipments and processes, adhering to SOPs while constantly seeking improvement.
• Conduct thorough audits, maintain KPIs, and handle administrative duties with precision.

• A vigilant leader with a proven track record in warehouse logistics, especially within the automotive sector.
• An adaptable professional, ready to work overnight shifts, embrace overtime, and provide reliable presence.
• A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of just-in-time delivery, sequencing, and inventory management.
• A safety-conscious individual, experienced in forklift operation and knowledgeable of OSHA guidelines.
• A tech-savvy communicator, proficient in sequence Software, WMS, and MS Office.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required; further education is a significant plus.
• Forklift experience within the past year is desirable.
• Strong background in people management, warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and computer skills.

Additional Details:

• Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 based upon experience.
• Work Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sunday – Thursday (training on 1st or 2nd shift)
